Block 6

An iconic feature of the Eisenhower Avenue skyline, Block 6 is home to the first high-rise office buildings constructed in the Eisenhower Avenue Valley. Two office towers of 14 and 12 stories, contain 1 million square feet of office space fully leased to the federal government for thirty years and embellished by a recent addition of 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurants at street level.
