Block 24

Block 24 is a mixed-use block that includes a 230,000 square foot residential building. In addition to an eight-story tower, an adjacent cluster of town homes screen the street-level parking garage. The residential tower and the town homes are conveniently positioned directly across Eisenhower Boulevard from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office campus.

Residents will be able to take advantage of the lush, landscaped open spaces that surround them—including a new public park at Dulany Street as well as the adjacent linear park and water course located directly to the South.
