Block 12

Block 12 Immediately adjacent to the Metro Station and fronting on Eisenhower Boulevard, Block 12 will offer 445,000 square feet of deluxe residential living.

The tower will include approximately 380 dwelling units within the building’s 24 stories, providing expansive views of Old Town while standing at the heart of the Hoffman Town Center. Varying levels of the structure will provide numerous roof top terraces for resident enjoyment. The façade design will be an elegant mix of brick masonry, stone and glass, reminiscent of Washington and Alexandria’s elegant urban living environments.

The street frontage will be enlivened by the provision of an additional 15,000 square feet of service retail uses such as a dry cleaner or a cozy coffee shop. The Block 12 residence will also include a varied range of amenities, including exercise facilities, community rooms, a swimming pool and a state-of-the-art business center. Parking for 577 cars will be provided within the building.
