Block 6

Block 6 contains the existing Hoffman Buildings 1 and 2. The total density currently in use is just over 1 million square feet. The majority of the existing tenants are federal agencies. A 35,000 square foot retail component has recently been completed and when fully tenanted, will anchor the extension of the retail core and will extend a range of services to the proposed new projects along the Swamp Fox Road and surrounding the Metro Station.
