Block 4 Block 4 is a mixed-use complex comprised of two 11-story, 218,000 square foot office towers placed over 36,950 square feet of retail at street level along Mandeville Lane and Stovall Street. Parking is provided for 2,281 cars in both above-and below-grade garages.
