The building is oriented towards a portion of the West Side Gardens Park and will benefit by nearby retail services along the adjacent Mandeville Lane corridor. Access to this site is particularly strong since it is served by both the Stovall and Mill Road ramps directly from Interstate I-495/Capital Beltway.
